車禍後的賠償問題 懇求高手指導[20點]

就在昨天晚上11點多時出了車禍
機車前面全毀,我身上都是大片黑青
女友腳踝縫了兩針,鎖骨斷了!
醫生說康復時間最快半年,最慢一年
一年沒好就要開刀處理!
當然醫療跟機車修理費不用說
我知道該怎麼處理
醫療費對方全部負擔
強制險會賠償一天最高一千元
包括我自己的強制險都會給付給我女朋友
對方剛買的新車好像有乙式險可以負責我機車部分的修理費
對方轉彎車並且沒有打燈號左轉
我為直行車!

我想問的問題是:

六月時工作提出離職程序,六月底離職
結果再7/5號時出了車禍意外
這中間我們還再找工作
但對方並不知情,不知道再工作損失上面能不能用7/10號領到的6月薪資
跟對方談工作損失呢?

還有精神撫慰金 以上訴所有賠償總額的1/3來談

以上是否有不洽當或是應改進的地方
懇請高手指導 ...
