進錯家上錯床 知名料理店老闆起訴

【法庭中心／台北報導】台北市開設知名日式料理店的許姓男子，今年1月大清晨酒後返家，闖進鄰居家裡，裸身鑽進姊妹花閨房，涉嫌熊抱姊姊在懷中性侵未遂，台北地檢署認為許男見姊妹花父親離家，有機可乘，並非進錯家、醉錯床，今依乘機性交未遂、無故侵入住宅罪將他起訴。
 
許男事後辯稱喝醉誤闖，絕非蓄意；但檢方認為許男回家時，在一樓門口遇見被害人父親要外出，2人還簡短打招呼及寒暄，才各自離去，許男辯詞不足採信，偵結後依法將他起訴。
 
未成年請勿飲酒
