安卓4.1.2 過熱

請問各位大大 小弟手機是S2 之前更新4.1.2之後 常常手機剛開機後非常燙 耗電超級快 甚至我插了旅充 耗電還比充電快 我有灰復原廠設定一次 但還是一樣 我上網看有人說 把版本刷回3.X.X 可是小弟不會刷 應該怎麼操作呢?
請會的大大一步一步教教小弟 小弟不太會用 還有我ㄉS2已經過原廠保固ㄌ
請要教的大大 告訴小弟該怎麼處理 該下載什麼軟體 還有 該怎麼備份 用什麼軟體備份最好?
