2013／6 http://vikingbear.pixnet.net/blog/post/28624499 電話：(02)2700-0632 地址：台北市復興南路一段263號(東豐街口) 營業時間： 11:30~21:00(周日公休) 東湖王家水餃在離我家近的地方開了分店 周末的晚上生意很好~座無虛席~ 大概快七點來~已經有不少品項被劃掉 店家走的是比較現代的裝潢 比較可惜的是~店家的冷氣(出風口)不夠 有些座位是沒有風吹的死角~ 吃完東西~也像是洗完一場三溫暖 滿頭大汗地離開現場~ 他的小菜有幾種選擇 其中一種就是小菜拼盤~ NT99可以吃到三種~ 感覺還不錯~ 小黃瓜用醋做主要調味~ 吃起來有點酸酸的~ 干絲吃起來Q彈~ 但是沒有甚麼調味的感覺 豆干小魚~有點辣 整體的味道跟口感都很不錯~ 小份的酸辣湯 其實還滿大碗的 可以說是料多實在 缺點就是不夠酸 得自己加上醋的調味 才能變成自己想要的味道就是 老北京炸醬麵 應該是店家的招牌 炸醬的調味醬包還有在發售呢 炸醬麵上放有簡單的小黃瓜絲 炸醬吃起來香氣十足 個人是覺得鹹度算是可以接受 整體來說我還算是喜歡 我們點的是高麗菜水餃 價位雖然略高一點 口味上的確有那個價值 跟本店味道相去不遠~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.80.234.188
