把客服專線當聊天室　男2個月打3800通

【綜合報導】日本京都警方昨日逮捕一名44歲無業男子澤田卓士，其涉嫌在2個月內向當地電信公司NTT的客服專線打了3800通電話，昨日澤田被依妨礙業務罪遭移送法辦。

警方指出，澤田在去年10~11月之間，對NTT的關西分店狂打116客服電話，平均1天可以打到10~130通，而且每次講話時間都非常長，讓NTT的工作人員不堪其擾。

此外，員工也指出，澤田通電話時，總愛劈頭罵員工說：「我要代替你們上級，來好好教育你們。」要不然就是強迫員工和他聊天，例如聊好吃的蛋糕店等。警方還說，從澤田家裡還搜出20台家用電話和手機，昨日依妨礙業務罪將澤田移送法辦。
