我有一個朋友跟他幾個朋友偷車成了竊盜

而我朋友他和他另一個朋友是在旁把風的
而我朋友他不是偷車是在旁把風的的會怎樣嘛

他犯這竊盜是他19歲的事情可今年剛滿20歲了
那法官會怎判ㄚ.........他會不會被關!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
