飲調檢定扣分...這樣會被扣到100分嗎..

前幾天剛好考飲調檢定...
題目B11 算還好吧

Q1在做蛋蜜汁時，搖好後飲料倒出來了，吸管、裝飾物..."只差還沒放到成品區"
發現評審在提示我蛋沒加進去,我又倒回雪克杯,重新在搖過...
這樣會被扣到幾分? 100分會有嗎？

Q2再做果汁時，發現，到出來鳳梨還有1/3塊的樣子，又倒回去繼續打，這樣會不會 被扣到100分？

我不知道我在緊張什麼，模擬考沒事，檢定就出包...
