《國際產業》聯想：智慧手機合資案，初步協商中

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】中國聯想集團（Lenovo）周二在香港證交所發布聲明表示，聯想已就智慧型手機事業合資案與某公司展開初步協商。聯想未指明可能合作的對象，亦未提供相關細節。

數家媒體先前報導，全球第二大個人電腦廠聯想計畫與日本跨國企業NEC（日本電氣公司）合資成立智慧型手機事業，雙方談判已經接近尾聲，最快在本月底達成協議。
